ate ljs at jp and went to vivo with wanjing for fun yesterday. to camwhore and walk around… saw this nice op pencil box =X 18 bucks :/ wandered arnd, practically did nothing.
took a bus back to school for the alumini barbeque and left short after as there was no food! actually we were just lazy and didnt wanna wait any longer. so a bunch of us went to ramen ten at the new mall at central for dinner instead..
today, we went to bai nian again and got another 26 bucks… now somehow, i have 90 bucks left :/.

went to k box with cheryl today. nth much. its expensive as though… no k tapas. sigh. we did alot of recording, but all turned out quite horrendous. results for jc/poly tmr. wish me luck. i hope i dont have to appeal…
chinese new year ended as quickly as it came. each time each family gather on this special occasion, the world has grown one year older. as the parents age, the cousins grow distant. memories have faded and bonds weaken. what used to be frequent weekends together have now become once-a-year stangeres gatherings. :/ i guess thats what would happen when everyone gets too caught up in their own business.

they say there is a recession ["my boyfriend said its like the great depression, yes~ so depressing!" -Barberalla chanel], yet the money collected this year has increased significantly. its weird, but i hope the recession ends soon.. 348 sgd and 50 aud; which roughly equates to 398 sgd and counting.

yesterday was quite a fruitful day. i like shopping with money and with things i need to buy its better than going home empty handed and tired..
wanjing, wei chen and i went to bugis 1st. had a lousy and ex lunch at food junction and the went to the bugis square? is that what its called? nvm. bugis street! lol it was really hot.. –” 31 degrees?? the hottest of all days man~ walked a few rounds, bought a vintage tee and leggings then went to fareast and wj bought her cny shoes.
went back to jp to play at the arcade. 
DD HOTD 4!! cos silent hill wasnt working –” after playing HOTD for the 1st time i felt that silent hill’s firing was so slow!!! D: went to the pri sch gathering at pizzahut where many ppl were late.. after a ok dinner, went back to the arcade again. we played HOTD4 again, then guys started to play too =X so that was my second time playing quite good alrdy ok! D hahah FUNNNNNN… next, we headed home…

everyone, including me, think i cant express myself well in words, hence, i guess no one bothers to try to understand anything. doesnt matter with me anyway. i cant type, write or speak as well as anyone for that matter; but thats not my point.
people would say everyone has their ups and downs. but if you concentrate on the downs you will forever feel down; whereas if you look to the bright side, you will at least feel grateful for what you already once had.
i bet everyone has heard about this saying, but how many people actually practice this? ironicly, it was our chinese teacher that once told us this. life is like a mirror. if you smile at it, it will smile back to you. on the flip side, if you sulk at it, it will sulk back at you. i do admit that i havent been smiling to the mirror these few days, but everthing really seems so bleak… so fragile. maybe this is only caused by fear for what the future lies ahead. no longer in our comfort zone, no longer surrounded by certainty, no longer even in the same world as her friends.
the faces you see now would smile to you and say love you, see you again. the faces a few weeks down the road will say keep in contact. the faces a few years down the road would say a courteous and bye and walk out of you life forever. its no longer like the everyday parting which people already fail to notice. its more like the “bye, never see you again” kind.
a few days more and new masked faces would appear. smiling at you with that ever-so-sweet look. god know what they might be hiding behind them this time. :/
but just like he said. no one would ever be sure of what lies ahead. but if you fail to even take the step forward, you would never know what great thing is await you, just around that corner we call change.
maybe after the exams are over they are more relaxed and you get to know them better.

went out with alethea, amanda, abigail, cheryl yesterday, no pictures. went to wishma and fareast. but bought a punk star tee and suspenders [they turned out to be too short!!!! omfg.]. really like the tee. its really cute+cool cny! here i come!
we went for 409’08’s chalet on wed. and came back on fri. have been busy ever since. anw these are the only girls who bothered to go help buy stuff and prevent those guys from wasting money. they sure are VERY stuborn! a bought very little stuff in the end and wth? pasta – it ended up in the bin… went to pasir ris to meet the others and waited for the bus… for quite long… then we waited for evelyn… and finally got to bangalow 10 at arnd dinner time and the barbeque started…
me waner gladys audrey went to the beach, then came back and stayed in the room to play games like snap for awhile, then ate a little, even fried rice xD then went to rent the bikes. i tell you. i shall never help ppl rent stuff or whatever ever again. the money is like so hard to collect… sigh anw. watched tv, sat arnd, watched ppl play majong, and i dont really rmb… cycled to white sands?? and to e hub at least 3 times. then morning came and all the sleepy heads woke up… went to the pool side while the guys played water polo… abit unsightly, but wtv.
went went to the beach with some girls and then and dragged jocelyn in with me[which ever came 1st, i dont rmb]. what can i say? its her first chalet!! she must go in the pool with clothes of course! then dried off naturally, went to get them to the archade… but the stupid machine was spoilt and we left very disappointed. only 1 game of HOTD cos we only had 4 50c coins… went back, and A. tan was here! lol. tried to slp but couldnt… they cooked pasta, and i ate abit and A. tan brought some of us to ehub for their lunch
later was the best part of the chalet. alth0ugh we were sore all over we played at the archade!!! played hyperbishibashi, hoops, the throwing game, silent hill, the drums thing and even hit the mole rat and hit the cockroaches!! hahah~ fun fun fun. then they went to play pool… i just sat arnd then later went to the archade again. wasted 5 bucks trying the prize games machines ): lol.
went back and it was dinner time. barbeque and fried rice agin X.X then later at night, jesse L. and sheryl. L came! jesse left with alot of ppl soon and ms loy stayed till her fiancee came HAPPY MARRIAGE! dont we rock?! teachers visited us on a sch day!!! and we are on 1st name basis alrdy! anw i was quite dead by then. alethea and emelia also came…
by night time cheryl and alethea left and i was sore like hellllll. hands this time… tried to slp, but the bed was hard as usual… and not to mention dirty. anw. the remaining crowd all cuddled in the guys room, leaving me, gladys, evelyn… yunian came back frm work, he walked all the way frm simei!!! O: he loves us so!!! anw… the whole night i was aching like my hands were breaking. so it totally ruined my mood for anything. jingwei and gladys cleaned up while i was coping with my aching… then we tried to slp by the pool… but it was too cold and “insecure” for me. so they slpt for an hour while i did nth… then slpt at the dining table. most scary experience man… tried to stay awake, but couldnt… and it was like a torture… like a nightmare –” waking up and slping again, dno what the hell i was doing –” then left in the morning, throwing away alot of food — i’m so glad to be home, but i was glad i went too.
